We are enchanted to present you our very first upcycled fashion collection.

—— We searched for a long time various crazy/flashy vintage ski suits from the 1980’s/1990’s. We washed them, cutted them, unsew them and re mounted them into a very unique special winter coat with a pronounced taste of vintage.

All coats were thoughts and designed by Melanie Iten and assembled with the magical hands of Saida and ** from a very talented and dedicated fashion studio based in Tunis. Its team is essentially formed by women and in the correct rules of good labor rights. ——

ITENTASCHEN is very proud and grateful to have been invited by the Swiss Embassy in Tunis, Tunisia; to represent swiss artists (together with Rafael Kouto ) working with up-cycling techniques in fashion.

This event will take place in 2 places:

Musk and Amber Gallery & Institut français de Tunisie

2-3-4 of july 2021, Tunis, Tunisia.

We will present a new collection specially made for this occasion:

TUNI 21

This collection consist in 5 bags made with some oriental upholstery, old sofas leather and oriental-style-kitsch 80s vintage metal belts.

* O T T O M A N * CATWALK

On september 23rd 2019, we presented our new collection: O T T O M A N , a small serie of bags made from genuine recycled sofa’s leather ( as usual) and oriental ottoman’s recycled leather.

This presentation took place in our city : Geneva, at: La pointe de la Jonction, a popular public space open in summers with and nice bar and live dj’s. It was during the: A Contre Courant Festival, a cultural event unifying all cultural places around the district of Rhône-Jonction.

CATWALK

Presentation of our new collection preceded by the usual FW 19-20 collection of various models.

All styling is produced by Mélanie Iten with the professional eye of Marie José Blanquet, head of LEGRANDMAGASIN a local boutique selling our bags and represents the belgian brand: Just in Case , mostly represented in the catwalk (SS19 and FW 19-20 collection).
